G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 10, 2017, Mr. Adams requested copies of certain lease agreements. Having received no response, Mr. Adams petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that the Authority plans to issue Mr. Adams a response on February 12,2018. Accordingly, the Authority is ordered to provide Mr. Adams with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (1 0) business days.
