G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1j . Specifically, Mr. Skandha requested '"t]he name of the agencylagent responsible for updating the LEXIS program on the (server) computers in the Inmate Law Library at MCI-Norfolk." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Skandha a response dated January 29,201 8. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Skandha may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
