G. L. c. 66, 5 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Carson requested records pertaining to the investigation into the murder of a specifically identified individual. Having received no response, Ms. Carson petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 13,201 8. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
