G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Bailey requested "a copy of the most recent application for Chapter 61A exemption for 69 Cherry Street and 62 Maple Street." On January 24, 2018, the Town provided responsive records with portions redacted. Ms. Bailey appealed, indicating she is seeking unredacted records. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, and following a clarification from Ms. Bailey on February 12,2018 , I understand the Town provided unredacted records on February 13,2018 . Whereas this matter was opened based upon Ms. Bailey initially receiving redacted records, and the Town has subsequently provided unredacted records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
