The Commolawealtln sf Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervrsor of Records February 26,20 18 SPRl8f203 Nancy Piasecki Records Access Officer Framingham Public Schools 73 Mi. Wayte Avenue Framingham, MA 0 17 02 Dear Ms. Piasecki: I have received the petition of Ms. Corey Spaulding appealing the nonresponse of the Framingham Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 I OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Spaulding requested minutes from meetings of the Town Wide Parent Teacher Organization. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Spaulding petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative of the School, Mr. Christopher Brown, responded to Ms. Spaulding's request with a response sent on February 23,2018 . Accordingly, as the basis of this appeal was the School's failure to provide a substantive written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Spaulding may appeal the substantive nature of School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records ce: Ms. Corey Spaulding One AShbWon Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 021 08 (61 7)7 27-1832. Fax: (61 7) 727-591 4 sec.state.ma.us/pre pre@sec.state.ma.us
