G. L. c. 66, § 10(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, in December 18, 2017, Mr. Lemos requested numerous records concerning the conduct of various MCI-Norfolk staff. It is my understanding that a staff member from the Public Records Division contacted you on February 20, 2018. As of the date of this letter the Department has not provided a written response or records concerning the conduct of various MCI-Norfolk Staff Order Accordingly, the Department is hereby ordered to provide Mr. Lemos with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
