The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 2, 2018 SPRlS/217 Timothy Luff Assistant Superintendent Natick Public Schools 13 East Central Street Natick, MA 01760 Dear Mr. Luff: I have received the petition of Corey Spaulding appealing the nomesponse ofthe Natick Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on January 30' 2017, Corey Spaulding requested records pertaining to "donations to the Natick School Committee for the past 5 years." Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the School responded to the request with a response sent on February 16,2018. The School indicated in their February 16th response they would provide the requestor with the records by March 7, 2018. Accordingly, the School is hereby ordered to provide a response to the requestor made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~ Rebecca S.
