Makros: I have received the petition of Mr. Todd Wallack appealing the nonresponse of the Salem Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. 6.L . c. 66, 5 10A: see also 950 C.M.R. 3 2.08(1). Specifically, Mr. M7allack requested records related to applications for crimind complaints filed in October 2017. Claiming to not yet have received a response, h4r. Wallack petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Mr. Wallack has informed this office that he wishes to withdraw his administrative appeal.
