Massachusetts Port Authority One Harborside Drive, Suite 200S East Boston, MA 02128 Dear Attorney DeTour: I have received the petition of Steve Adams appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Port Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Adams requested a copy of a development agreement for a specifically identified hotel project. Having received no response, Mr. Adams petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response would be provided to Mr. Adams on March 6, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Authority's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Adams may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
