Grigas: I have received the petition of Michael P. Dreslinski appealing the response of the Framingham Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested various records concerning the Department's purchase of vehicles/units. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member ofthe Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Dreslinski records responsive to his request on March 1, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
