Murray Supervisor of Records February 26,20 18 SPR181235 Hillary Harris Westport Police Department 8 18 Main Road Westport, MA 02790 Dear Ms. Harris: I have received the petition of Todd Wallack appealing the nonresponse of the Westport Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 9 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Wallack requested applications for criminal complaints created by the Department from January 20 17 to September 20 17. Having received no response, Mr. Wallaclc petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, Mr. Wallack notified this office that he wished to withdraw this appeal as he had received communication from the Department.
