Marlene Kenney Town Clerk

Town of Harvard 13 Ayer Road © Harvard, MA 01451

Dear Ms. Kenney:

I have received the petition of Deborah Skauen-Hinchliffe appealing the response of the Town of Harvard (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.MLR. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Skauen-Hinchliffe requested records pertaining to membership information for sub-committees. Claiming to not yet have received a portion of the requested records, Ms. Skauen-Hinchliffe petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result.

Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Skauen-Hinchliffe’s request and provided her with the rest of the records responsive to her request. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of Town’s failure to provide all responsive records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Skauen-Hinchliffe may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).

Sincerely, Rebecca S. a. Maw.
