G. L. c. 66, § 10(A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, in January 27, 2018, Mr. Silva requested "[a]ll documents and materials used in preparation for, or during, 'Class VII: Healthy vs. Unhealthy Sexual Attitudes and Behaviors/Normative Sexuality' as referred to in the Understanding Sexual Interests: Psyche-Educational Class Syllabus." It is my understanding that a staff member from the Public Records Division contacted you. Order As of the date of this letter the Center has not provided a written response or responsive records. Accordingly, the Center is hereby ordered to provide Mr. Silva with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
