Murray Supervisor of Records March 8, 2018 SPR18/272 Jennifer Samson Legal Assistant Boston Police Department Office of the Legal Advisor One Schroeder Plaza, 4th Floor Boston, MA 02120 Dear Ms. Samson: I have received the petition of Rodolfo Carr appealing the nonresponse of the City of Boston- Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 25,2018 Mr. Carr requested documents relating to a specifically identified individual. Having received no response, Mr. Carr petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated February 27,2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Carr may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
