Box 441 East Taunton, MA 02718 Dear Mr. Raposa: I have received the petition of Mr. Michael Dupont appealing the nonresponse of the Taunton Municipal Airport (Airport) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Dupont requested records related to a security video. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Dupont petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a representative from the Airport is working to compile the requested records and has provided Mr. Dupont with a written response in the meantime, addressing his concerns. Accordingly, the Airport is hereby ordered to provide a substantive response to Mr. Dupont made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy ofthis response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Dupont may appeal the substantive nature ofthe Airport's response within ninety days.
