Murray Supervisor of Records March 20, 2018 SPRlS/321 Mary Camey City of Natick Police Department 20 East Central Street Natick, MA 01760 Dear Ms. Camey: I have received the petition of Ronald Alexander appealing the nonresponse of the City of Natick Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Alexander requested an identified incident report. Having received no response, Mr. Alexander petitioned this office. Mr. Alexander may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
