The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 21, 2018 SPR18/351 Ms. Debbie Bellucci Dean of Business Services Springfield Technical Community College One Armory Square, Suite 1 P.O. Box 9000 Springfield, MA O1 102-9000 Dear Ms. Bellucci: I have received the petition of Mr. Paul Gour appealing the nonresponse of the Springfield Technical Community College (College) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Gour requested records associated with an electrical contract. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Gour petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Divis-ion, I learned that the College responded to Mr. Gour's request with a responses sent on January 31, 2018 and February 23, 2018. Nevertheless, once the College was made aware ofthis appeal, they expressed their willingness to provide Mr. Gour with the responsive records a third time. Accordingly, as the basis of this appeal was the College's failure to provide a substantive written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Gour may appeal the substantive nature of College's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
