G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rodriguez requested, "[a] copy of your explanation of criteria and basis used to define a property's grade ... " Having received no response, Mr. Rodriguez petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that the Board has provided a response to Mr. Rodriguez's request, dated March 22, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Board's failure to provide a written response, I wiH now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rodriquez may appeal the substantive nature of the Board's response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
