The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords March 27, 2018 SPR18/354 John Tuffy Interim Business Manager Cohasset Public Schools 143 Pond Street Cohasset, MA 02025 Dear Mr. Tuffy: I have received the petition of Christine White appealing the nomesponse of the Cohasset Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. White requested all documents related to School bus safety and plans in the event of a bus malfunction. Having received no response, Ms. White petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 20, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. White may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Supervisor of Records cc: Christine White One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre• pre@sec.state.ma.us
