Sullivan Deputy General Counsel Executive Office of Public Safety and Security One Ashburton Place Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Sullivan: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing-the nonresponse ofthe---- --- Department of Public Safety (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 15,2018 Mr. Dreslinski requested a specifically identified incident report. Having received no response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that Mr. Dreslinski should have addressed his request to the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security (Office). As a courtesy, the Office processed and responded to Mr. Dreslinski's request on March 26,201 8 without requiring a new request to be made. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
