Murray Supervisor of Records March 22, 20 18 SPR181370 Doug Willardson Office of the Town Administrator Town of Webster 3 50 Main Street Webster, MA 01 570 Dear Mr. Willardson: I have received the petition of Dr. Cathleen Godzik appealing the response of the Town Webster (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, $ 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Dr. Godzik requested "the Assessor's Abstract for 33 Loveland Road from Grantor Love to Grantee Godzik which occurred in May, 1952." Previous appeal Ths request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR1711776 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (January 2,201 8). I closed SPR1711776 by ordering the Town to provide Dr. Godzik with a supplemental response explaining the absence of an Assessor's Abstract, and if appropriate, providing responsive records. The Town provided a response dated January 18,2018 . Dr. Godzik objected to this response, claiming that the Assessor's Abstract the Town provided was for the incorrect property. This appeal (SPR181370) was opened as a result. Conclusion It is my understanding that a Public Records Division staff member contacted you about this matter and you indicated your willingness to provide Dr. Godzik with a supplemental response. Accordingly, the Town is hereby ordered to provide a response to Dr. Godzik without delay. Said response shall be made in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Access ' Regulations and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@,sec.state.n~a.usD. r. Godzik may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days.
