G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rodriguez requested, "[a] copy of your explanation of criteria and basis used to define a property's grade.. ." Having received no response, Mr. Rodriguez petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that this is a duplicate petition and that the Board provided Mr. Rodriquez a response dated March 22,201 8. Whereas this matter was resolved in a previous Determination issued by the Supewisor of Records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. SPRl71357.
