Box 306 Dedham, MA 02026 Dear Mr. Munchbach: I have received the petition of Jason P. Rogers, Esq. appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Dedham Town Clerk (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 9, 2018 Attorney Rogers requested to examine records relating to the, "Dedham Town Hall and Senior Center Project." Having received no response, Attorney Rogers petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Attorney Rogers with a response dated March 29, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Rogers may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
