G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 7, 2018 Mr. Sinni requested a copy of a lighting plan related to specifically identified properties. Claiming to having received no response, Mr. Sinni petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department has provided Mr. Sinni with a multitude of responses to this request, on a rolling basis, throughout the month of March, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sinni may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's responses within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
