The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records April17,2018 SPR18/422 James B. Lampke, Esq. Town of Hull -Law Department 115 North Street, Suite 3 Hingham, MA 02043 Dear Attorney Lampke: I have received the petition of Todd Wallack appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Hull's Law Department (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Wallack requested copies of the incident reports referenced on the applications for the criminal complaints on specifically identified pages. Mr. Wallack acknowledges that the Town contacted him to clarify which records he was seeking, but had not provided a response to his request. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April13, 2016. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wallack may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
