G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Fullerton requested records related to an identified individual. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Fullerton petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Board responded to Mr. Fullerton's request with a response sent on April 9, 2018. Accordingly, as the basis of this appeal was the Board's failure to provide a substantive written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
