G. L. c. 66, 8 l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, you requested a "list of all the [school] districts that are equipped with Narcail." The Department responded to your request indicating, "[tlhe schools nurse program said this was a confidential survey that has never been released to the public and there seems to be very little interest in releasing it now..' Subsequent to the intervention by a member of my staff, this office was notified that a supplemental response and responsive records were provided to you on April 17,201 8, copies of which were provided to this office. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's March 2oth response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
