Howey appealing the nonresponse of City of Attleboro - Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 19,2018, S. Howey requested records pertaining to an identified address. Having received no response, S. Howey petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a Public Records Division staff member, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated March 19,201 8. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a mitten response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. S.
