G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Henderson requested all records related to an identified individual. Claiming to have received no response from the Board, Mr. Henderson petitioned this office, and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, Mr. Henderson advised this office that he wished to withdraw this appeal. Therefore, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
