G. L. c. 66, tj 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 16,2018, Ms. Richer requested records pertaining to an identified individual. Having received no response, Ms. Richer petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a Public Records Division staff member, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 9,2018 . Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
