G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 12, 2018, Ms. Butler requested records pertaining to an identified individual. Having received no response, Ms. Butler petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a Public Records Division staff member, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 11, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
