Chaput appealing the nonresponse of the see Hull Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66 $ 10(A); also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, in March 20,2018, Ms. Chaput requested a copy of various incident reports. Order As of the date of this letter, the Department has not provided a written response or records. Accordingly, the Department is hereby ordered to provide Ms. Chaput with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
