The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records April 17, 2018 SPR18/460 Lieutenant Robert G. Palermo Mashpee Police Department 19 frank Kicks Drive Mashpee, MA 02649 Dear Lieutenant Palermo: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the nonresponse of the Mashpee Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested price quotes and purchase invoices related to the Department’s most recently purchased new, fully marked, sedan type police cruiser vehicles, Department specifications instructions provided to applicable vendors regarding all painting and lettering/decals applied to said vehicles and records identifying the font names of all said lettering/decals. Having received no response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 10, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department’s failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). I,loroa Lbeece. S.
