The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records April 23, 2018 SPR18/462 Gail M. McKenna, Esq. Plymouth District Attorney's Office 32 Belmont Street Brockton, MA 02301 Dear Attorney McKenna: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the nonresponse of the Plymouth District Attorney's Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested records regarding a warning and advisory issued by the Office regarding a specifically identified individual. In addition, Mr. Dreslinski requested the Public Record Request Log maintained by the Office for a specific time period. Having received no response, Mr. Dresklinski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, during the week of April 16, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
