G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Smith requested an "[a]nnual Town MIG Warrant 2018 approved by Board of Selectman 50 days prior to the Annual Town Meeting per Rockland Town Charter." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member ofthe Public Records Division, I learned that in an email dated April13, 2018, Executive Assistant Susan Ide expressed to you that the responsive records are available and Mr. Smith agreed to come in to pick up the records. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Smith may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
