G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 19,2018, Mr. Alexander requested records pertaining to "reachouts" mentioned by an identified Committee member. Having received no response Mr. Alexander petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a Public Records Division staff member, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 23,20 18 . Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
