Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that the Office intends to respond to Mr. Trio's request. Accordingly, the Office is ordered to provide Mr. Trio with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days.
