G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 20,2018, Mr. Alexander requested "to inspect all email messages sent and/or received by any member of the Natick, MA School Committee during the month of January 18." Having received no response Mr. Alexander petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that the School intends to respond to Mr. Alexander's request. Accordingly, the School is ordered to provide Mr. Alexander with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days.
