Bristol District Attorney's Office 888 Purchase Street P.O. Box 973 New Bedford, MA 02740 Dear Attorney Cho: I have received the petition of Collin Dias appealing the nonresponse of the Bristol District Attorney's Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dias requested records regarding specifically identified Fall River city employees. Having received no response, Mr. Dias petitioned this office. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dias may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
