G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see - & 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 3 l,201 8, Mr. Martinez requested a variety of records pertaining to incident reports. Having received no response, Mr. Martinez petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 23,20 18. Ln its response to Mr. Martinez, the Department is seeking a clarification of his March 3 lStr equest. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
