G. L. c. 66, 5 IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 3 1,2018 you requested a variety of records pertaining to incident reports. Having received no response, you petitioned this office. Subsequent to a telephone conversation with a Public Records staff member, it was determined that the Office has not received any recent requests made by Mr. Martinez. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
