The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords May 7, 2018 SPRlS/539 Jen Miggliacio, Esq. Massachusetts Department of State Police 4 70 Worcester Road Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Attorney Miggliacio: I have received the petition of Andrew Gambaccini appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Gambaccini requested a copy of a certain investigatory report concerning the Department's inquiry into a particular incident. Having received no response, Mr. Gambaccini petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response will be provided today, May 7, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Gambaccini may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
