Woods Deputy Chief of Police Tyngsborough Police Department 20 Westford Road Tyngsborough, MA O1 879 Dear Deputy Chief Woods: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the nomesponse of the Tyngsborough Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested vendor invoices and paint and lettering specifications/instructions related to a recently purchased Department vehicle. Having received no response, Mr. Dreslinski petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated April 26, 2108.Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
