G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Mr. Wallack submitted his request on March 19, 2018. Claiming to have received no response, Mr. Wallack petitioned this office, and this appeal was opened as a result. Following the intervention of a Public Records Division staff member, this office was informed that the Department had never received Mr. Wallack's initial request. Regardless, a representative from the Department expressed their willingness to provide Mr. Wallack with a response.
