G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Upson requested a summary of "the 2017 annual charges on the District's Administration Bank of America credit card." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that on May 2, 2018, Mr. Upson sent an email to this office expressing his satisfaction. In the email Mr. Upson writes, "this matter has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. You can close the case out." Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Upson may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Rebecca S.
