Murray Supen;isor ofR ecords May 2, 2018 SPRlS/593 Tracy Kenney Canton Town Clerk 801 Washington St, 1st Floor Canton, MA 02021 Dear Tracey Kenney: I have received the petition of Ahhyee Ma appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Canton (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Ma requested numerous records concerning the Town's postings of properties labeled as a "public recreational area". Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Ma a response dated April 30, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Ma may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
