The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords May 15, 2018 SPR18/605 Joseph I. Macy, Esq. Corporation Counsel City of Fall River One Government Center Fall River, MA 02722 Dear Attorney Macy: I have received the petition of Collin Dias appealing the response of the City of Fall River City Clerk (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on March 16, 2018 Collin Dias requested the following records: 1. Emails or other documents discussing Mayor Correias new economic development plan since Mayor Correias ended our relationship with FROED. 2. All emails between Mayor Correia and the RDA. 3. All emails between Cathy arm Viverios and the RDA 4. All text messages, pictures, and call logs stores on Mayor Correias phone number 508- 496-1344. 5. All emails discussing a criminal investigation into Mayor Jasiel Correia II on the emails Jasiel91@gmail.com and MayorJfc@gmail.com. Upon review of this matter, it appears the issues raised in this appeal are similar to those addressed in SPR18/589. See SPR18/589 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (May 14, 2018). In my May 14th determination I ordered the City to provide a revised fee estimate in a manner consistent with the order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations. In light of the similarities between SPR18/589 and the present appeal, my May 14th determination shall serve as the determination for SPRl 8/605 as well. Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
