G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Snell requested the CV of a former employee. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Snell petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that a response was provided to Mr. Snell on M_ay 4, 2018. Accordingly, as the basis of this appeal was the Office's failure to provide a response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Snell may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
