G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Godzik requested books and the plan profile relating to an identified address. Having received no response, Ms. Godzik petitioned this office. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPRl 8/3 87 _Determination of the Supervisor of Records (April 9, 2018). I closed SPR18/387 by ordering the Town to provide Ms. Godzik with a response to the request Order Despite an acknowledgement regarding the opening of this appeal and communication from a member of the Public Records Division staff, no response has been provided. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Ms. Godzik with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days.
