Office of the Attorney General One Ashburton Place Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Tarrow: I have received the petition of Michael Grassia appealing the nonresponse of the Office of the Attorney General (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Grassia requested records that the Office has provided to municipalities regarding an identified Massachusetts General Law. Having received no response, Mr. Grassia petitioned this office. On May 8, 2018, the same day the appeal was opened, the Office provided a copy of the response sent to Mr. Grassia. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office's nonresponse, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Grassia may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
